Return & Refund Policy – PureLather

Thank you for shopping with PureLather. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent while protecting both our customers and our store.

Please review the terms below before initiating a return.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:

· Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
· Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
· A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
· The item must be shipped back within 7 days after Return Authorization (RA)
· Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

· Gift cards
· Clearance or final-sale items
· Customized or personalized products
· Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.


  1. Return Authorization (RA) Process

To request a return:

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

· Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
· Keep your shipping receipt as proof
· Returns without prior authorization may be refused

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


  1. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

· Refunds are issued to the original payment method
· Processing time: 5–10 business days
· Bank processing times may vary

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or defective products.


  1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

· Defective items
· Damaged items
· Incorrect items received

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed.

Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.


  1. Shipping Issues & Address Errors

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of:

· Incorrect items shipped
· Verified product defects

If a package is returned due to:

· Incorrect or incomplete address
· Refused delivery
· Failure to collect

We may offer:

· Reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply)
· Refund excluding original shipping cost


  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

· Contact us within 7 days
· Provide photos + order number
· Keep original packaging

After verification, we may offer:

· Replacement
· Partial or full refund


  1. International Orders

For international orders:

· Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
· Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to our error
